时间常数：指在稳定的电动势下，电流转入电路所需的时间，达到其最终强度的(e-1)/e或0.632倍（其中e是自然对数的底数）。
放电电容器的弛豫时间：指电容器放电时的弛豫时间，等于放电电路的电阻（以欧姆为单位）与电容器的电容（以法拉为单位）的乘积。
